The home features an incredible layout with two distinct living rooms. When you first walk in, you are greeted by a large sectional, a cozy fireplace, and a large smart TV. The second living room faces the water, offering extraordinary panoramic views of the lake.
Step outside to enjoy the outdoor dining table, gather around the fire pit, or head down to your private, well-lit boat dock equipped with cleats. The lake offers endless options for freshwater fishing, boating, jet skiing, paddleboarding, and airboating right from your backyard. Please note that the exterior grounds are monitored by surveillance cameras for your peace of mind, and a pet fee applies if you are bringing your dog.
